Ever since we set up our service department at Dive Supply in 1997, we have made an enormous effort to offer our customers the best possible technical support for their sophisticated and technically demanding diving equipment.
Starting with two technicians in the early years, the Dive Supply service department has grown to a team of 11, managed by a Professional Engineer with more than 20 years experience in diving technology. Each team member is trained either internally or externally and even abroad in order to provide the best possible service based on International Standards. We can service virtually any piece of diving related equipment of any brand
Dive Supply is a certified SUUNTO Service Centre, SCUBAPRO Service Station, Bauer & LW compressors Service Workshop and we conduct A.S.S.E.T. certified cylinder inspections & hydrostatic tests on SCUBA cylinders of all brands and sizes, including air banks. Dive Supply services all equipment to the manufacturer’s specification, providing and maintaining the best possible quality and reliability of all serviced equipment. Our aim is to achieve minimum downtime and maximum lifespan on all our customers' equipment.
We are proud of our modern and efficient workshop which is possibly the best equipped and stocked in all of South East Asia. More importantly, all our servicing and testing are conducted rigorously to the highest possible standards and we always keep the customer informed, giving them a choice on how we will proceed wherever possible. For example, with the testing of SCUBA cylinders, we offer our customers a choice from 4 sets of well-recognized standards:
- International Standard ISO 10461 - ISO 10461:2005(E)
- US Department of Transport (DOT) and Transport Canada (TC) CGA C-6.1-2002
- British Standard BS EN 1968:2002
- Australian Standard AS 2337.1 - 2004
For new or prospective dive operators, we offer full assistance with the technical details of the setup of your dive operation or dive boat. For established operators, we offer full technical assistance with upgrades and/or replacements of your operation and equipment.
