DIVE SUPPLY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS
To Register as a Dive Supply Dealer and have access to the benfits of Dive Supply Trade prices and account must meet one of the following criteria:
• Operate a related wholesale or retail business
• Operate a SCUBA Diving, Snorkeling or Watersports related operation
• Operate a Hotel or Resort
• Be a Thai registered company
For new accounts you need to complete our dealeship application formand submit a copy of your company registration documents. An initial purchase of 40,000 Baht is required to activate your account and purchases of 100,000 Baht annually to maintain your account. You will be required to accept compliance to our terms and conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
New dealerships orders are shipped prepaid or C.O.D. Trade accounts that pay by credit card will incurr a 3% handling charge. Any bank charges will be covered by the purchaser. Orders for accounts past due date will not be shipped until has been received. Terms are based on invoice date. A finance charge based on maximum allowed by law will be added to late payments.
RETURN POLICY
Dive Supply will, in accordance with individual manufacturers warranty procedures, replace, repair or return any defective merchandise. Return of sellable merchandise, is at the discretion of Dive Supply and subject to a restocking fee of 15%. A return authorisation from Dive Supply is required.
SHIPPING POLICY
All prices are ex warehouse and shipments are not insured by Dive Supply. Dive Supply is not responsible for any damage or shortages which are caused by the carrier. Any claims for shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods to the carrier and Dive Supply.
BACK ORDER POLICY
Back orders shall be shipped automatically unless agreed otherwise.
PRICE POLICY AND DISCOUNTS
Dive Supply prices are subject to change without prior notice. Dive Supply does not endorse the sale or passing on of our products to third parties at trade prices or slightly higher. The minimum advertized price, or gift with purchase promotion on any regular stock item must not exceed 15% discount from our recommended retail price. Dive Supply reserves the right to restrict the sale of products to customers who do not follow these recommendations and in repeated cases terminate the business agreement.
WARRANTY POLICY
All items for repair or replacement are to be sent (postage paid) by the Dealer to Dive Supply. Any warranty claims must also have a copy of the original purchase invoice. Warranty claim items, provided they comply with the specific manufacturer’s warranty, will be either repaired or replaced as necessary. Dive Supply will determine whether the returned item complies with the manufacturer warranty and proceed as instructed by the manufacturer.
